Demeyere Atlantis Cookware
Originally designed for the top hotel/restaurant kitchens, Atlantis gives the chef completer control of the cooking process and the proper transfer of heat to the food. To achieve highest possible performance, Demeyere utilizes 7-ply materials, adapted to each particular piece. For straight-sided pots and pans, Demeyere utilizes its InductoSeal® technology that combines seven layers of stainless steel and a copper core hermetically sealed base. For cooking methods requiring heat distribution to the base and the sides of the pan, Demeyere relies on its unique 7-PlyMaterial® construction of stainless steel layers around an aluminum core throughout the pan. Demeyere Atlantis Cookware is extremely durable and will keep its good looks for a lifetime thanks to its heavy 18/10 stainless steel construction and the exclusive highly polished, silver-white Silvinox® finish. The Silvinox finish is easy to clean and prevents discoloration, tarnishing, and dulling from handling, aggressive detergents, or contact with certain types of food. Demeyere Atlantis Cookware can be used on all cooktops, including induction, and in the oven. Handles are welded and constructed in thick cast stainless steel for comfort and handling ease while remaining cool on the stovetop. The heavy stainless steel lids fit inside the inner rim of the cooking vessels to provide a tight seal for retaining steam and flavor inside the pan, making waterless cooking or fat-free cooking possible. Each piece is ovenproof and dishwasher safe.
