Heavy-Duty 18/10 Stainless Steel

Our Tramontina stock pots are designed for the larger sizes, durability, and high-performance requirements of everyday use in the professional restaurant kitchen. The pots are constructed from heavy-gauge 18/10 stainless steel in a fine satin finish. Each stock pot's base features impact-bonded tri-ply construction with a 5mm core of aluminum alloy (for thermal performance) encapsulated by 0.6mm magnetic stainless steel. Side and lid handles are 18/10 stainless steel in a polished mirror finish with satin accents and are attached with heavy-duty solid alloy rivets. Our professional stock pots are suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction. Stock pot lids are constructed from 18/10 stainless steel 0.8mm thick. Our stock pots with stainless steel lids carry the NSF listing for commercial use.

Two smaller professional stock pots with inserts, strainers, and glass lids also are available.
