The Musso Fiume is a large commercial countertop ice cream maker just like you might find in an Italian gelateria. The unit is a totally self-contained, fully automatic appliance that blends and freezes 3-½ quarts of ice cream or gelato in less than 20 minutes. Operation is simple its dial timer working in conjunction with churn and chill switches -- just add the ingredients to the bowl and set the timer. The Musso Fiume ice cream maker's powerful 560-watt motor drive easily blends large pieces of fruit or nuts into the mixture. The Musso Fiume also can be used to prepare chilled or frozen desserts or beverages.

The Musso Fiume ice cream maker features an all polished stainless steel housing, mixing bowl, and mixing blade. No plastic or aluminum touches the ice cream. Other features and specifications include:
