No ice, salt, or pre-chilled containers are required in the process. Making homemade ice cream has never been easier -- just add ingredients to the bowl and set the timer. The Gelato ice cream maker's powerful 160-watt motor drive easily blends large pieces of fruit or nuts into the mixture.
