Metro Super Erecta is the original wire storage system that was introduced over 30 years ago. Super Erecta shelving can be found in restaurants, hotels, food processing companies, hospitals, and laboratories around the world. It is the commercial parent of our popular consumer line of heavy-duty steel wire shelving, InterMetro Professional's Choice. Most of the elements are interchangeable between the two lines - for example, an InterMetro wire shelf fits a Metro Super Erecta post and vice versa. Metro Super Erecta is built even stronger and sturdier, of course, and more wire shelf and post sizes are available.

The Super Erecta SiteSelect tubular steel posts are fitted with adjustable leveling bolts to compensate for uneven surfaces. Posts are grooved at 1-inch increments and numbered at 2-inch increments. And for further easy identification of location, the posts are double grooved every 8".

Posts can be used with the threaded casters from our InterMetro Professional's Choice line. If larger commercial stem casters are required, order the mobile posts designated for stem casters.

The posts are available in two, durable commercial finishes: chrome or black (other finishes may be available - please contact the 125West Concierge for information). Please note that post lengths shown are nominal sizes, and actual size will vary by a small amount. Each post is sold individually from open stock.

The steel wire ribbing of the Super Erecta shelf runs across the shorter dimension and is spaced close together to create an incredibly sturdy shelf. A Super Erecta shelf up to 48" long can hold up to 800 Lbs per shelf. Shelves longer than 48" can hold up to 600 Lbs per shelf.

Concerning 14" deep shelves, it is recommended that foot plates be used on freestanding units and not with posts higher than 74"; and on mobile the units with posts not higher than 54".

The shelves are available in two standard, durable commercial finishes: chrome and black. Other shelf finishes and other shelving styles also are available by contacting the 125West Concierge. Included with each shelf are four pairs of post sleeves for mounting the shelf on four posts. Each shelf is sold individually from open stock.

When adding space isn't an option, the answer is to make existing space more efficient using InterMetro QwikTRAK^TM high-density active aisle storage system! QwikTRAK storage systems have long been popular in hotels, restaurants, hospitals, and other commercial operations. The active aisle storage system can increase storage capacity in a given area by as much as 50%, making our QwikTRAK system ideal for organizing clutter in your garage or basement. Its two mobile shelving units glide smoothly on specially grooved casters along 6-foot long floor tracks anchored between two stationary end units. By positioning the mobile units, any shelving unit in the system may be accessed by a 3-foot wide aisle.

Everything is delivered to create a QwikTRAK storage system as shown including:

• (16) standard black wire shelves (in size 18" x 36" or 18" x 48")
• (8) standard black 74" posts
• (8) commercial 74" black posts for stem casters
• (8) commercial bottom track stem casters
• (1) floor track set 6-foot length

The QwikTRAK storage system is available in two shelf sizes, 18" x 36" or 18" x 48". Like all InterMetro shelving units, the wire shelves are adjustable in 1-inch increments. Individual shelf weight capacity, up to 500 lbs of weight of evenly distributed, is the same for both mobile and stationary units. A minimum of four (4) shelves are required on each unit. Additional shelves also may be ordered from open stock.

InterMetro Kitchen Pantry Cart

The pantry cart offers tremendous versatility at a very economical price. Its two large wire basket shelves will hold small appliances, cookware, utensils, and food items. Use the solid top shelf as a work surface or more storage. Casters allow easy mobility around the kitchen and lock for stabililty. Assembly is quick, no tools, nuts, or bolts required, and shelves can be adjusted in 1-inch increments.
