Privacy Policy
Any customer information transmitted to 125West.com stays at 125West.com. Customer data will not be sold, rented, loaned, or given to any third party. We will not use your email address or telephone number in any manner other than to contact you concerning a current order.
Ordering and Security
It is important that you feel secure about shopping at 125West.com. Any business transacted online with us passes through a "secure socket layer". This means that your transaction has been uniquely encrypted by our server for which only we have the key to decrypt. The THAWTE seal that certifies 125West.com observes and meets industry-specified standards to ensure online security.
Payment
We accept credit card payment with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. All transmitted transactions are encrypted, as explained above, and all credit card information is maintained for a limited time on our server in a secure area that is accessible by authorized personnel only. Credit card account information is deleted from our server once enough time has transpired to consider a completed sales order to be closed and final.
We also accept payment by company check, personal check, or wire transfer. If payment is made by check, please allow time for the check to be processed the bank.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Our domestic shipping policy pertains to the lower 48 contiguous United States. Whenever possible, 125West.com will ship at no charge or at a reduced rate. Most orders will ship with UPS or FedEx ground service.
Some items, because of their size and/or weight, will ship with commercial motor freight carrier. These items will be unloaded by the driver at curbside (the driveway of your home or entryway of your apartment building). Items difficult to move from the truck to your driveway or entryway may require your assistance. A delivery agent for the trucking company will call you to schedule your delivery.
Any item that ships with no charge is clearly indicated on the item's catalog page. Otherwise, a standard shipping charge applies. Click here to view standard shipping charges.
Some items will incur a shipping surcharge, because of dimensional oversize and/or weight, and is added to the standard shipping charge. Any item that carries a shipping surcharge is clearly indicated on the item's catalog page along with the surcharge amount.
We can deliver only to physical addresses. We cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes, APO, FPO addresses.
If you ship to Alaska or Hawaii, the 125West Concierge will provide you with a very reasonable quotation for the shipping charges, reflecting only the incremental amount above the contiguous 48 states.
International Orders and Shipping
On international orders, the Concierge at 125West.com will confirm the availability of the merchandise for international delivery and confirm the shipping charges. You are responsible for the payment of any applicable duty, customs fee, or sales tax at time of delivery. Please note that some of our partner manufacturers and distributors do not permit deliveries outside the United States.
Corporate Purchases
If you intend to order larger quantities of product for commercial or trade use, please contact the 125West corporate sales desk at 888-921-9378 extension 12 or by emai at corporatesales@125west.com. We offer discounts for quantity purchases.
Delivery Times
The usual delivery time for each item is posted on the catalog page. While the 125West Concierge will process your order immediately, the actual delivery time may vary by inventory availability, order backlog, or time of year. If the usual delivery time is significantly delayed, the Concierge will contact you by email or telephone.
Backordered Merchandise
If an article is on backorder, and we cannot deliver the merchandise in your order within the usual delivery time, the Concierge will apprise you of the situation. You may choose to accept delivery at a later date or cancel the order.
Cancellations
Except on personalized or customized items, you may cancel any item before shipment. Once an item has shipped, we cannot reimburse the shipping charge, if any, and you will be responsible for the return of the item and return shipping charges.
Personalized, Customized, and Made-to-Order Items
125West is pleased to offer a number of unique items that are manufactured or made to order. We may require a deposit at the time of the order that is not refundable. Any deposit requirement will be indicated clearly on the item's catalog page. A personalized, customized, or made-to-order item may not be canceled once production has started or returned except if it is damaged in transport or is defective in material or workmanship at the time of receipt.
Returns: Damaged or Defective Products
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify immediately the 125West Concierge, either by email at concierge@125west.com, by telephone at 888-921-9378, or by fax at 410-295-3918. The Concierge will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) for the return and issue a call tag or ARS label for the return shipping. The damaged merchandise should be packed in the original carton with all accompanying manuals and literature. Replacement merchandise will be coordinated by the Concierge, or you may choose to receive a complete refund.
Returns: Delivery Error
If you receive a wrong item, please notify immediately the 125West Concierge, either by email at concierge@125west.com, by telephone at 888-921-9378, or by fax at 410-295-3918. The Concierge will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) for the return and issue a call tag or ARS label for the return shipping. The correct merchandise will be sent as quickly as possible.
Returns: New, Undamaged, and Non-Defective Products
We have taken great care to present only highest quality merchandise at 125West.com. If you are not satisfied with your selection, however, you may return for refund an undamaged or non-defective product within the first 30 days of receipt of the item with the following restrictions or conditions:
You are responsible for obtaining a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) from the 125West Concierge. You may request authorization by email at concierge@125west.com, by telephone at 888-921-9378, or by fax at
410-295-3918. The outside of the shipping carton must be labeled clearly with the RA#, and the product must be returned within fourteen days after you receive the RA#.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs and shipping the product back per instructions from the Concierge. The product must be returned in a new-like condition and packed in the original carton with all accompanying manuals and literature. If a new-like product is not returned in the original carton with manuals and literature, a restocking charge may apply.
Any personalized, customized, or made-to-order item may not be returned.
Any perishable or food product, e.g. cheese or coffee, may not be returned.
Return credit will be issued to you after receipt of the return and merchandise inspection per the above.
Warranty
Please refer to the manufacturer's warranty and after-warranty repair service information. Although it will remain the responsibility of the manufacturer to ensure its warranty and after-warranty service performance, the 125West Concierge will be happy to assist you with information and documentation, if later needed.
