American Heritage Gathering Block
The John Boos American Heritage Gathering Block is designed to serve as a centrally located food prep station. Its 4-inch thick end-grain hard-rock maple butcher block top is as rugged as they come but simple to maintain. Top is hand finished in a special combination of natural unbleached beeswax and food grade mineral oil. Overall height 36 inches. Solid 4-inch square legs support the heavy butcher block and provide a rustic look. Large wicker basket drawer(s) mounted under the top slides out from two sides to provide quick and easy access to stored items. A slatted lower shelf provides additional storage capacity. Three sizes are availble.
