F DICK HACCP Cutting Boards
The color coded cutting boards ensure a strict separation of use among food service work stations in compliance with FDA HACCP regulations. The cutting boards with grooves may be used on both sides and feature hygienic plastic construction. Two sizes are available (10" x 12.75" x 0.75" and 20.75" x 12.75" x 0.75").
- Red for red meat
- Yellow for poultry
- Blue for fish
- Green for vegetables
- White for doughs and pastries
- Brown for cooked foods
