Demeyere Apollo Maxigrill

It looks like a beautiful serving tray but in fact the Maxigrill is a stainless steel griddle and grill. The 12" grilling surface with side handles is far quicker at searing and browning than the heavy ridged grills. The stainless steel bottom covers a single burner and resists warping and conducts heat quickly and evenly. The shallow flange permits easy use of a spatula. The Maxigrill can be taken directly from the stove to the table. It can be preheated and used to keep food warm at the table or place it in the freezer before using to keep foods cool at the table.
