Birds Tapestry

Our Birds tapestry was inspired by a piece first woven in Audenarde, a major center for tapestry production during the 16th century, and today the original hangs in the Vienna Museum. The timeless pattern of the Birds tapestry features graceful birds and rich foliage reproduced in deep relief stitching. Hues of blues and greens make this tapestry a stunning work of art.

The tapestry comes with hooks on the back for hanging. If you order a rod and finial set to hang the tapestry, the hooks will be replaced with a rod pocket. Due to the woven nature of fabrics, widths vary slightly and therefore each rod is custom cut to fit each tapestry. A rod and finial set should be ordered at the same time as the tapestry. A custom cut rod cannot be ordered later. Tassels and wall décor also are available to accent your tapestry. Please contact the 125West Concierge if further assistance is required.
