Gallant Tapestry

Our Gallant tapestry is inspired by an original tapestry, woven in the early 15th century that is today on display in the Musée du Cluny in Paris. This magnificent tapestry has a deep navy background with its characters dressed in Italian-style clothing in an enchanting setting is full of colorful leaves and flowers.

The tapestry comes with hooks on the back for hanging. If you order a rod and finial set to hang the tapestry, the hooks will be replaced with a rod pocket. Due to the woven nature of fabrics, widths vary slightly and therefore each rod is custom cut to fit each tapestry. A rod and finial set should be ordered at the same time as the tapestry. A custom cut rod cannot be ordered later. Tassels and wall décor also are available to accent your tapestry. Please contact the 125West Concierge if further assistance is required.
