For raclette, slices of raclette cheese in the non-stick dishes are placed under the heating element. When the raclette cheese begins to bubble, each dish is removed, and the cheese is poured and scraped with the spatula over the boiled potatoes and seasoned.
The top part of the non-stick grill is reversible. Use one side for tabletop grill of steaks, chops, sausages, and tasty kabobs. The other side is a crêpe grill with 2 built-in forms for making perfect crêpes every time.
