Enjoy excellent results from cold smoking fish, meats, poultry, or cheeses with our commercial-quality countertop smoker. Cold smoking is used to enhance the flavor of food items, but it does not heat or cook the food. After cold smoking, the food will be flavored from the smoke, but it should still be finished in choice of traditional cooking method.

The smoker is made from food-grade stainless steel, the design offers easy use and portability. The smoker is equipped with a removable electric heating element for initiating smoke and a drawer for sawdust or wood chips that provides up to three hours of smoking time (long enough for most smoking recipes). Included with the smoker are cover, timer, and oak sawdust. Three smoker sizes are available.
