Sodir Food Smokers
Enjoy excellent results from smoking fish, meats, poultry, or cheeses with our commercial-quality countertop smoker. Constructed from food-grade stainless steel, the design offers easy use and portability. The smoker is equipped with a removable electric heating element and a drawer for sawdust or wood chips that provides up to three hours of smoking time (long enough for most smoking recipes). Included with the smoker are cover, timer, and oak sawdust. Three smoker sizes are available:
