Sodir Countertop Griddles
Our commercial-quality, heavy-duty countertop griddles are designed for controlled cooking with high energy efficiency. Griddles are available in two sizes (with one or two cooking zones) and in four griddle top styles:
Fine-grain cast iron plate - one piece plate with integral back- and side-splashes that offers plenty of thermal capacity that minimizes temperature drop when fresh food is added.
Plancha style steel plate - grill plate constructed from satin finished cold-rolled steel with wrap-around stainless steel grease tray.
Plancha style chromed steel plate - grill plate constructed from highly polished chromed cold-rolled steel with wrap-around stainless steel grease tray.
Ceramic Plate - non-porous material ensures easy cleaning and prevents carbon build-up.
Griddles on page are all 120 volts. However, they also are available in 208/240 volts, and if so needed, please contact the 125West Concierge for ordering assistance.
