CN-34/1 Classic Noir Convection Oven
The Sodir Classic Noir CN-34/1 countertop convection oven is somewhat larger and offers one more rack capacity than our Windstar FC-26 convection oven. Our convection ovens are ideal for fresh baking, roasting, and re-heating. Since the forced heated air is moving so quickly, uniform oven temperature is reached regardless how filled the oven is and different foods do not intermingle flavors.
