Sambonet Bamboo features a contemporary design. Constructed from highest-quality 18/10 stainless steel, thickness generally ranges from 1.5mm to 2.0mm, although some points go up to 5.0mm where exposed to shocks and strains. The decorative handles are solid micro-cast stainless steel. All welding of handles, knobs, hinges, necks, and bases is done by hand using silver alloy brazing. Spouts are specially shaped to ensure easy pouring.
Bamboo is available in either the bright polished stainless steel finish or electro-silverplated stainless steel (EPSS) with a bright mirror polish finish using the exclusive Sambonet HSSP (Hard Sambonet SilverPlating) process. HSSP adds a thick layer of 999.5 per mille silver to plate the high-quality 18/10 stainless steel base that is twice as hard as traditional silverplating and up to four times more tarnish resistant.
