Peugeot Banquet Pepper Mill

Banquet is a vintage reproduction of Peugeot's Model "Y", first manufactured in the year 1879. Designed somewhat differently from today's pepper mills, the Banquet is filled and adjusted for grind from the bottom with a unique inverted case-hardened mechanism. To use, the Banquet pepper mill is turned upside down while turning its base in a clockwise direction. Pepper is dispensed by shaking it through the perforated cap. For coarser grinds, the mill is adjusted accordingly from the bottom, and the perforated cap is removed for dispensing.

With its gleaming, polished shaker cap and hand-rubbed antique finished beechwood body, the nostalgic Banquet pepper mill is a beautiful tribute to Peugeot craftsmanship and quality for more than 160 years. Size 4.75"H. Made in France.
