The Pasquini Moka H coffee mill with doser is a heavy-duty, commercial quality that features 25 different mill settings from coarse (drip and French press) to espresso grind to powdery Turkish coffee grind. Using the correct grind is critical for achieving the desired end result, particularly for espresso. The coffee must be fine enough to slow the flow of water for the espresso extraction process. Unlike most other home or office coffee grinders, this one features an espresso dosing system like you have seen in espresso cafés. With a pull of the lever, the correct amount of ground coffee is dispensed directly into your portafilter and ready for tamping with its attached tamper. Ground coffee from the grinder can be stored in its dosing unit (or storage bin) until needed.
