Operation is simple its dial timer working in conjunction with churn and chill switches -- just add the ingredients to the bowl and set the timer. The Musso Zara ice cream maker's powerful 560-watt motor drive easily blends large pieces of fruit or nuts into the mixture. The Musso Zara also can be used to prepare chilled or frozen desserts or beverages.
