The Lussino ice cream maker is a totally self-contained, fully automatic countertop appliance that blends and freezes 1-½ quarts of ice cream in about 30 minutes. No ice, salt, or pre-chilled containers are required in the process. Operation is simplified with use of its dial timer working in conjunction with a churn and chill switch. Making delicious homemade ice cream or gelato is simple -- just add the ingredients to the bowl and set the timer. The Musso Lussino ice cream maker's powerful 300-watt motor drive easily blends large pieces of fruit or nuts into the mixture. The Musso Lussino also can be used to prepare chilled or frozen desserts or beverages.
