John Boos Pro Prep Bloc

The Pro Prep Block features a 4-inch thick, end-grain Cherry hardwood butcher block that is hand finished in a special combination of natural unbleached beeswax and mineral oil. The base is painted in a black caviar and includes the cherry hardwood slatted shelf and two flat copper tie bars with six copper pot hooks. The Pro Prep Block is available is available in four sizes:
