John Boos "AB" Butcher Block
John Boos kitchen butcher blocks feature 100% solid hard-rock maple, end-grain construction and are manufactured with the same exacting, professional specifications as those used in 1887. The work surface is hand finished in a special combination of natural unbleached beeswax and food grade mineral oil. The surface is easy on knives and resists nicks and gouges, preventing bacteria from penetrating the wood.
The John Boos AB kitchen butcher block features an end-grain butcher block 10" thick and robust turned legs. The AB Block stands 34" tall and is available in five professional sizes. Made in USA.
