The massive hard rock mapleJohn Boos Professional Block features a 16-inch thick end-grain butcher block work surface that will stand up to generations of use. The butcher block work surface is hand finished in a special combination of natural unbleached beeswax and food grade mineral oil. Legs and sides are finished with Varnique non-toxic sealer. The John Boos Professional AA butcher block stands 34" high and is available in a large assortment of professional sizes.

The wood side knife holder with blade shield is available as an option with the butcher block.
