With large, gently sloped grooves routed in the traditional "well and tree" pattern, the maple hardwood Traditional Carver from JK Adams is ideal for carving red meats and collecting juices. Use the large well for spooning out gravies, sauces, and au jus.
The carving board is available with or without permanently inserted spikes.
