1905 FORGED CUTLERY

F.Dick proudly reintroduces a special cutlery design first launched in the year 1905. Both then and now, the knife series 1905 is captivating thanks to its exceptional appearance featuring symmetrical steel rings inseparably integrated in the molded handle. Today, the 1905 series is updated for modern materials, technology, and hygiene standards. Hand forged from high-carbon stainless steel, the blades have slim ground designs. The knives are perfectly balanced, tapering to each tip. They feature a half bolster in order to use the end of the blade and to permit easy regrinding. In recognition of the product produced in 1905, the blades feature the original brand marking "F. Dick", which is stamped by hand.

1905 Santoku Knife w/Kullenschliff

The santoku is the classic Japanese-style knife for meat and vegetables. It features a thin 6.75" blade with a wedge-shaped edge. The hollow ground scalloped edges (Kullenschliff) helps eliminate food sticking to the blade when slicing.
