F.Dick Premier Plus Chef's Competition Knife

The F.Dick Competition Knife was designed as a tool for the U.S. team at the last Olympics of cooking, the International Culinary Competition. With the cooperation of culinary expert chef Keith Keogh, the president of the esteemed California Culinary Academy and manager of the USA National Team of Chefs, the F.Dick hand-forged stainless steel 8.75-inch chef's knife was designed to include engraved measuring and shape guides on the blade. One side of the blade provides a 5-inch ruler, while the other side features guides for the shapes and cuts for the eight basic cuts of classic cuisine. Made in Germany.
