The Fagor Duo pressure cooker is simple to operate. Select either the high-pressure (15 psi) or low-pressure (8.5 psi) setting with its convenient top dial. The dial's spring mechanism also allows change from one setting to the next without changing valves. An automatic pressure release makes it easy to de-pressure, and a visual indicator lets you know when all the steam has been released. The Fagor Duo pressure cooker is safe to operate with a triple safety system. The safety locking handle prevents accidental opening under pressure. A dual pressure control valve plus two independent pressure release valves prevent over pressure. The cooker is UL listed and tested to international safety standards.
