Two layers of copper are electroplated to ¼" cold-rolled steel. The copper is hand polished to a mirror finish and is not lacquered. Over time it will develop a patina, or it can remain bright with occasional polishing with a non-abrasive cleaner. The oval rack is available in three sizes:
