F.A. Porsche, the grandson of the legendary Ferdinand Porsche, has created many beautiful industrial designs in his own right, from the fabulous Porsche 911 automobile to our Chroma Type 301 cutlery. Designed in collaboration with Austrian chef Jörg Wörther, not only is our cutlery beautiful, its ergonomic qualities give the chef complete cutting and chopping control while working in total comfort. Chroma cutlery is used multiple international chefs and admired for its high performance.

• Seamless, hygienic transition from handle to blade
• Ergonomic handle with triangular shape fits perfectly in the hand
• Handle constructed from 18/10 stainless steel, while the blade is made of high-quality Japanese 301 stainless steel
• Metal "pearl" that clear demarcates the end of the handle for better cutting control
• Carefully sharpened by the hand of a master shaped in the traditional Japanese V-shape makes knives unbelievably sharp and durable
• Each piece ships in attractive gift box with inside foam cutout

It is recommended to sharpen this cutlery with a whetstone and not to use a sharpening steel, because a steel could damage the special Chrome blade edge. We also offer a Chroma Type 301 Whetstone with sharpening instructions from our open stock. It also is recommended to wash this cutlery by hand and not in a dishwasher.
