The only coffee served at the 125West estate is Café Bel Etage, a premium blend, roasted and packed in Switzerland by Illycafé AG. The Bel Etage blend is smooth, rich, and full-bodied, consisting of selected, superior beans from leading coffee plantations around the world. It is a medium, dry roast and is ideal for pressurized and drip brewing. The beans have been specifically selected for their naturally low acidity.
