Horse Weathervane

The weathervane is one of the world's oldest weather instruments. Preceding the invention of the barometer, the weathervane was the only instrument that could help man predict the weather. Embellish the rooftop of your home, garage, or other building with the classic designs of a Whitehall Traditional Directions weathervane. Most styles in this collection are available in two highly visible heights, 30" and 46".

Each weathervane is fully functional with detail-rich, full-bodied weathervane ornaments mounted atop the directional arrow that look great from all sides. The weathervane's directionals are mounted between large and small globes. The weathervane is constructed of rust-free aluminum to ensure many years of use. Three Whitehall weathervane finishes are available:

  • Gold-Bronze (ornament, with gold globes and black base)
  • Verdigris (ornament, globes, and base)
  • Rust (ornament, globes, and base)

46" Horse Weathervane

  • Ornament dimensions 14" x 11-¾"H
