Its quartz heating elements bring oven temperature up to 650 degrees Fahrenheit. The bottom firebrick stone bakes through direct high-temperature contact while absorbing moisture for crispy crust. Bake one 12" fresh or frozen pizza in just 3 to 6 minutes. For convenience, there is a 15-minute timer with continuous cooking feature. The upper and lower heating elements operate independently to use the versatile Primo oven for regular baking, finishing, and warming.
