The convection oven temperature reaches 480 degrees Fahrenheit in just 7 to 9 minutes. It is ideal for baking fresh, sealing in the juices of meats, soufflés, and reheating frozen foods. Since the air is moving so quickly, different foods cooked simultaneously do not intermingle flavors, making the Windstar Convection Oven a great choice for those who entertain often.
