The Sambonet Ruban pattern is nearly 200 years old and reflects the austere yet confident elegance of the early nineteenth century. Sambonet Ruban is available in two finishes:

EPSS - Electroplated Stainless Steel: The exclusive HSSP electroplating process (twice as hard as traditional silverplating and up to 4 times more tarnish resistant) adds a thick layer of 999.5 per mille silver to plate the high-quality 18/10 stainless steel base. Each piece is hand polished to mirror perfection.

18/10 Stainless Steel: The high-quality stainless steel is ideal for everyday use.

Selected knives are available in either hollow handle or solid handle construction. Hollow handle knives feature two-piece construction and are designed for perfect balance in the hand and on the plate.
