Our stainless steel chafing dishes are finished in either a bright polished finish or as electro-silverplated stainless steel (EPSS) with a bright mirror polish finish using the exclusive Sambonet HSSP (Hard Sambonet SilverPlating) process. HSSP adds a thick layer of 999.5 per mille silver to plate the high-quality 18/10 stainless steel base that is twice as hard as traditional silverplating and up to four times more tarnish resistant.
