Performing the specified isotonic exercises regularly and properly will help to improve your arm strength and flexibility, which can lead to increased throwing velocity and durability.

The Institutional Models are the same plus the additions of a steel wall bracket with hardware for mounting and an extra dugout attachment.

All Rocket Arm models come with a lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship from True Sport except on the cable. The cable may need to be replaced after several years because of normal wear and tear.
