Created in collaboration with Parisian chef Babette de Rozières, originally of the West Indies, our newest culinary dinnerware collection is inspired by the lush foliage of tropical islands, warm seas, and the soft Caribbean trade wind known as the Alizé. The Alizée collection's asymmetrical and evocative design complements your table with its contemporary elegance that is ideal for both formal and casual dining occasions.

In order to achieve the flowing lines of Alizée while ensuring durability for hotel/restaurant dining, Pillivuyt developed a new special clay, Pillenium, which allows for the manufacturer of a thinner porcelain with greatly increased resistance to thermal and physical shocks. Like all Pillivuyt dinnerware and bakeware, Alizée goes from freezer to oven to table to dishwasher. Its pure white, diamond-hard glaze will never loose its luster, discolor, craze, chip, or crack from normal use.
