Our Chateauneuf pepper and salt mills feature traditionally shaped turned, hand-rubbed beech wood bodies with attractive stainless steel accents. Setting and keeping your favorite grind has never been easier. With a twist of the wrist, Peugeot Chateauneuf mills lock into 6 pepper and 3 salt grind adjustments thanks to the patented u'Select grind feature. The pepper mill features an original Peugeot case-hardened steel milling mechanism, while the salt mill contains a stainless steel mechanism that will not corrode from the salt. Each milling mechanism carries a lifetime warranty.

The Peugeot Chateauneuf pepper mill and salt mill are available in two sizes (9.5" or 11.75") and three luxurious hand-rubbed finishes (Black Matte, Red, or Wild Cherry). Each mill comes partially filled with black peppercorns or sea salt crystals.

Peugeot Pepper Mill Salt Mill

Peugeot created the pepper mill in 1842, long before it made motor cars. Over 150 years later, Peugeot is still a leader in grinders. The grinding mechanism has grinding and channeling grooves cut into the metal. The channeling groves are designed to line up the peppercorns with the grooves to crack the corns before the fine grinding process. The mechanism is case hardened and will hold up to a lifetime of milling demands. Peugeot manufactures in France and Germany.
