The Pasquini Livietta is compact, commercial-quality espresso machine that is perfect for home use. It features a sturdy stainless steel housing on steel frame with robust internal components for years of reliable service. Its dual heating system permits simultaneous brewing and steaming. Each shot of espresso is delivered through the machine's commercial 57mm chrome-plated marine brass portafilter and brew group. Other features include:

  • Fast heat-up time
  • Self-priming pump with 15 bar brewing pressure
  • Professional-style rocker switches for controlling brewing, steaming, and power
  • 3-way solenoid valve relieves water pressure at the end of the brewing cycle to eliminate excess water in the group when the portafilter is removed
  • Stainless steel steam wand with special slow start steam mechanism to avoid splattering milk
  • Removable 57oz water reservoir
  • Cup warming area with rails on top of machine
