Mounted pressure gauge for monitoring boiler pressure. Dual switch temperature control for water and steam with internal thermostat. Long-life stainless steel heating elements. Sight glass for monitoring water level in boiler. Professional 3-hole steam arm for steaming and frothing milk to make cappuccino, caffè latte, or café au lait. Cappuccinatore automatic milk-frothing attachment also is included.
