By controlling the pull speed of the lever arm, the user can determine the exact degree of coffee extraction to prepare single and double shots of delicious authentic espresso.

The Pavoni Europiccola EPC-8 espresso machine features a superbly polished, chrome finish with a 20oz nickel-plated non-corrosive solid brass boiler with enough capacity for eight 2-ounce shots of espresso. An internal thermostat monitors pressure with dual switch temperature control for water and steam. Long-life stainless steel heating elements. Sight glass for monitoring water level in boiler. Professional 3-hole steam arm for steaming and frothing milk to make cappuccino, caffè latte, or café au lait. Cappuccinatore automatic milk-frothing attachment also is included.
