The unique design on the new John Boos BoosBlock® Countertop Boards holds them in place by fitting securely over the countertop for everyday kitchen tasks. Use one side with the gravy moat for everyday chopping, slicing, and carving tasks. Use the other side for kneading and rolling dough.

The John Boos BoosBlock Countertop Boards are made from the finest Northern Hard Rock Maple and are a full 1-¼" thick. Three sizes are available:

  • 17-¾"D x 17-¼"W - weight 13 Lbs
  • 23-¾"D x 17 ¼"W - weight 17 Lbs
  • 23-¾"D x 23-¾"W - weight 24 Lbs

The John Boos BoosBlock® Professional Countertop Boards are used by chefs in some of the finest restaurants in the country because they are safe, sanitary (NSF listed), functional, and will not dull knives. Weekend chefs love them for their versatile performance.
