Designed for heavy-duty use in hotel/restaurant kitchens, this set offers terrific value and will provide a lifetime of service in the home. It is constructed from premium 18/10 stainless steel in a brushed finish with an encapsulated aluminum heavy-gauge core in each base for fast and even heat distribution. The stay-cool cast stainless steel handles are riveted for added durability and safety. Lids are made in tempered glass with brushed stainless steel rim and handle plus a steam escape vent. The cookware may be used on all cooktops, including induction. Included in the set are:

  • 1.5-quart covered saucepan
  • 3-quart covered saucepan
  • 8-quart covered stock pot
