FAGOREgg PoacherCommercial QualityThis pan poaches 4 perfectly shaped eggs at once in its non-stick cups. And when the cups are removed, the pan also may serve as a skillet. The pan is constructed stainless steel with a brushed finish and an encapsulated aluminum core in its base for fast and even heat distribution. The stainless steel handle is riveted for easy handling and durability. Included with the pan are its tempered glass lid, the poaching insert, and four non-stick egg cups.
