Surf 'n TurfFeaturing our finest steaks and most succulent seafood, the surf 'n turf combinations will be a hit at your next dinner party. The rich, warm-water lobster tails are tender and full of flavor. The jumbo Gulf shrimp, peeled and de-veined, arm firm and zesty. The steaks are beautifully marbled, corn-fed Midwestern beef, then aged to perfection for 14 to 21 days, hand-cut, and trimmed. After wrapping, the steaks are flash frozen to 0°F with all their natural juices sealed inside to provide exceptional taste and texture with robust flavor that's unforgettable.
