Our Dual Zone Fryer uses the same frying technology found in commercial fryers. By placing the heating element directly in the frying pot, a strong convection current is created in the oil above the element for even frying temperature and faster frying. Loose food particles, which fall to the bottom of the pot below the heating element (where the oil temperature is much lower), do not burn, keeping the oil cleaner for better food taste and longer oil life.

With its large 3-Lb (4-Liter) capacity, the DeLonghi Dual Zone Fryer lets you cook crispy golden dishes quickly and easily for a hungry crowd, and fryer clean-up is easy thanks to its removable parts (including the heating element). Other top fryer features include:
