The Börner V-Slicer Pro lets you prep fancy fruits and vegetables with a variety of cuts and slices, quickly, easily, and safely. It features extremely sharp, patented "V" cutting blades made from surgical stainless steel that will stay sharp for a long time. Use the V-Slicer Pro Mandoline to slice effortlessly and uniformly through tomatoes and other soft vegetables and fruits without mashing them. It quickly preps even restaurant-sized portions. Three inserts are included for nine different Julienne, Shred, and Cube cuts for menu versatility that your family and guests will appreciate. Only one stoke is needed for dicing - no precutting!

The Börner V-Slicer Pro offers terrific value as an everyday kitchen tool and is an inexpensive alternative to all-stainless steel French mandolines. The slicer set includes:

  • V-Slicer Plus
  • Slice Insert (thin, medium, thick)
  • 3.5mm Shred/Cube/Julienne Insert
  • 7mm Shred/Cube/Julienne Insert
  • Safety Holder (grips food so fingers are protected)
  • Rocket Insert Holder (protective storage box for extra inserts)

The slicer body is constructed from tough ABS for long lasting durability. It assembles in less time than it takes to remove it from the kitchen cabinet. Clean-up is a snap, too. When not in use, the V-Slicer Pro stores safely because the slicing insert snaps inside with an audible click.
