The Final Arc II

Instructional DVD for Rotational Hitting Mechanics

Do you wonder why some baseball and softball hitters produce more power and bat speed than other hitters with equal athletic abilities? The baseball swing has undergone an amazing transformation in homerun and slugging power over the last few years. The modern professional hitter relies on rotational mechanics, in other words, hitting around a stationary axis with a circular hand path while utilizing physical torque to maximize bat speed and power. The technique of linear hitting with weight shift and extension is NOT used by the professional or top-collegiate hitter, because it simply does not generate the same bat speed and power as rotational hitting.

The Batspeed Final Arc II is the complete instructional video for understanding and implementing the principles of rotational hitting mechanics. Running approximately one hour in length, the first half of the video covers theory of rotational mechanics (what it is and why all of the best pros use it), and the second half presents an A-Z drills program, so that you can learn and/or teach those mechanics.

Whether you are hitting a baseball or softball, the same rotational mechanics are essential for consistent contact and power. The training program is for everyone from Little Leaguer to high school player to collegiate player to the professional. A player can never be too young or too old to learn rotational hitting mechanics!

Jack Mankin, host and producer of the Batspeed Final Arc II training program, has spent years studying the batting styles of baseball's all-time greatest hitters. The batting principles and body mechanics he presents in our training video are backed by scientific research and proven results from batters nationwide. Former professional baseball player and batting coach John Elliot is featured as trainer in the video, who demonstrates the mechanics behind bat speed and provides a professional hitter's perspective to the revolutionary approach. Training steps covered in the instructional DVD are:

  • Proper launch and contact positions
  • Body rotation around a stationary axis to accelerate the hands
  • Developing a circular hand path without casting
  • Top and bottom hand torque for extra speed and power
  • Making your enhanced swing a natural feel
  • Staying loose and relaxed while generating tremendous bat speed

Also included with the DVD is a complete program booklet for handy reference when you are on the practice field!

If you are serious about hitting, either as player or coach, "The Final Arc II" program is for you. Please allow about seven days for delivery.

Baseball coach Jack Mankin spent years studying and charting the swings of professional baseball players. He developed a system of swing classification and found strong correlations between swing style and batting performance. Jack saw that the best hitters in baseball use rotational hitting mechanics, and his instructional batting video The Final Arc shows in clear and easy-to-understand steps how to teach and/or learn the components of rotation hitting.
