Bamboo au Jus Cutting Board The patented, unique construction of the new au Jus Cutting Board allows carving juices to flow directly from the board and collect in the juice well located in the right-rear corner of the board. Once in the well, the juices can be ladled for individual servings or poured along the FlavorSavor Canal located on the right side of the board. Perfect for Carving Turkeys and Large Roasts!

No More Losing Delicious Carving Juices! The au Jus Cutting Board is constructed from select, high-quality bamboo that is lightweight but durable for many years of service. The cutting board comes finished in our all-natural Block Bros Block Oil, which also should be used occasionally for treating the board to prevent drying and cracking. The cutting board also features two adjustable, front rubber feet that help retain juices in the holding well and prevent the board from slipping on the counter while carving. Included with board is a long-handled wood spoon as shown. The au Jus Cutting Board is available in two sizes: 17" x 15" x ¾" 20" x 15" x 1" Please allow about seven days for delivery.
